This month we welcomed Ann Christywith her Little Textile Treasures. Ann began by encouraging us to design a small piece by drawing part of a larger design which appealed to us. We then explored the possibilities by turning it round and/or adding lines or shapes.
Ann brought a box containing lot of small pieces of glitzy, glittery and lacy fabrics. We were then shown how to make them even more glitzy with paint and glitter!!!
Members then set about making their own Little Textile Treasure with fabric and stitch and here is the work in progress.
